John La Hanhi Production

A Interview with Juha Hanhinen (Nickname: Hanhi), the CEO of John La Hanhi Production. This Company is very new on the Finnish market and mainly started to organized video shoots for the music industry as well participate in advertising. Face of God´s "Paranormal Whore Bomb" music video got organized by the Company.  

1)Who got the idea to shoot the video of Paranormal Whore Bomb outside in Helsinki city panorama? Tell us more about the concept.

Hanhi: I took a walk with my girlfriend from Etu-Töölö to Kolera-allas and got the idea. First we planned to film the video in front of the 3 Sepän Patsas which is the Stature in-front of Stockmann in Helsinki where the little market square is. There came some problems up with that idea and I decided to do something similar. Then we changed it into a surround the city concept (Flash mob idea) which was lot of Fun to do with the crazy guys from Face of God.

2)How was it for you as video director to work with the guys from Face of God?

 Hanhi: It was very easy and enjoyable, because those guys are a little bit crazy as they should be as rock musicians. 

3)Have you heard from Face of God before you worked together on the video project?

Hanhi: I was once in the audience and had the luck to enjoy their music and i saw them a couple of times after that. They are a really talented band. 

4)As a director for music videos you are relative new on the market, but you are already know for your creative ideas. How many music videos have you done before and with who? 

Hanhi: The Company haven´t done many music videos yet, because it is so new on the market. I have a history in promotion and advertising stuff, but being a director inspirit me with new ideas all the time. John La Hanhi Production produced the music videos of Santa Cruz, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T83BTgVEa00 and the up coming videos of Private Line and Face of God "Paranormal Whore Bomb" which are made by our crew. 

5)Where do you see yourself in 12 months time? What are the goals you want to achieve in the music video industry? 

Hanhi: Seeking house from Costa Rica :) I don´t know, you never know what is really going to happen, but I hope it is something very good.
